3D Pen experiments

From acrylic pouring which I saw it as layered skin. I move on to the structure beneath the skin. The textures that are created by the PLA plastic filaments through the 3D pen seems like a good start. Each time the plastic pouring on top of itself, it creates different texture along the way. The rift between each layer of plastic is the structure that would guide how the acrylic skin flow.

(Some of the artwork that has been poured the acrylic on were left at the studio and I missed the chance of documenting those artworks at the moment.

I tried layering the plastic structure in different shape of flow before covering it with acrylic skin. There are details that came out by accident as the plastic continue pouring out but my hand is still idle at the same position. Again, these details resemblance to the human body in some way. Whether it is the lump, wrinkles or the rift that has been created along the line. After I poured the acrylic, some of these details are still present, while some are covered and reduced its shape beneath. What is once visible is now blurred.
