Ankylosing is a type of arthritis in which there is a long-term inflammation of the joints of the spine. Stiffness of the affected joints would worsens over time and could lead to disabilities.

During this time alone at home, I would spent more time on the chairs and sofas looking at the screens. Staying on one position for too long would cause me a back pain and I would always realised that my back is hurt only after the symptom is already there. For now it is just a normal back pain hopefully but the term of ankylosing is perfect for describing what I felt. The joints of the spine are hardened and it hurts every time I moved. As if the spine itself is frozen and does not react accordingly to my brain any more. It's like I force them to move whenever I bent down. My thought starts to picture the spine rebelling against me and break through the signals from my mind creating the freedom of itself.
