Sitting in front of the computer, leaning down to the screen. After a while, my back would sent out the pain to my upper arms. Since the muscles are connected, The growing pain would slowly flow through my upper limbs. Stretching the arm would normally help ease the pain. But as my arms are stretched, the pain is backing down, the tendons around my shoulders would scream out for help. It's like I have to choose either the muscle on my arms or the tendons around my shoulders. The pleasure of stretching to ease those pain in some areas of the arm are sometimes what keeps on pushing my limbs upward more than it should, tearing off the link between my arm and my body. Almost like the inner part of the arms has to be sacrificed for the outer part of the arm to feel alive again.
